I've driven through Mojave, California. I stopped and had dinner at a Denny's or something like that. I recall driving by an airstrip of some sort that looked like a parking lot for airplanes. There were all kinds of big jets that looked like commercial jets.

Yes, I'd seen on TV about how they store out of service airliners in the desert, because there's lots of space, and the heat and dry air prevent the planes from becoming musty. I think it's cool that you saw them.
